-Return & Replacement of Products

Following the European and Greek Legislation, you have the right to return the products you purchased in the following cases.

1) Problem: In all cases in which e-profil.gr is proven to be at fault, wrong products were sold (error in order receipt, invoicing, shipping or damaged during transport). The return must be made within 14 calendar days and at no cost to the consumer. e-profil.gr undertakes to send the correct product by assuming the shipping cost of the new product.

2) Warranty: In all cases where there has been a functional problem or actual defect in the product covered by the product warranty. Each product has a minimum legal warranty of two years and the consumer has the option within this time to send back for examination a product which he considers to be defective, bearing the shipping costs. In the event that the product proves to be defective, then the shipping costs are returned by the store to the consumer and the consumer has the right to request repair or replacement of the product. If the product is not found to be defective, the consumer will have to tell us how to ship it, bearing the shipping costs again.

-Terms concerning all the above cases:

Returns and Exchanges are not accepted after the end 14 calendar days, unless the warranty is valid.

Before each return it must first contact us by email at [email protected], by sending us photos of the product and packaging. Products to be returned it must have not been used, be in the condition they were received, complete and undamaged, their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies them and be in excellent condition, together with all the documents that accompanied them (e.g. Delivery Note , Invoice, Retail Receipt, etc.) upon delivery. The return of the item is accepted, only if first the buyer has paid any amount owed to the company, including any shipping or return costs as the case may be.  

 

THE return of the product in each case done at your own risk and responsibility (for any damages) until the moment of delivery of the product to our company. In the event that the product is returned incomplete or damaged, our company has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without others in total or partial compensation of his claim against the customer.

 

If, after return and examination of the returned goods, they are found to be non-compliant, they remain your property, and you must arrange for them to be collected at your own risk and expense within fifteen (15) working days of the date on which the rejection notified to you. If you do not collect the goods after 30 days, you are deemed to have unconditionally agreed to them being donated to a charity or organisation.

 

In case of repeated returns or in case the company realizes, at its absolute discretion, that the customer is abusing the right of return or acting in bad faith, it has every right to refuse the return of the product even if the above conditions are met. Finally, the company reserves the right to cancel or modify its return policy, at any time, by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on e-profil.gr or its store.

-Transportation of returned products

The return of the product in any case is done by your own carrier/courier and at your own risk and responsibility (for any damage) until the moment of delivery of the product to our company. If you do not have your own transporter/courier you should first contact us and our company will provide you with its own transporter/courier. In this case, the receipt of the returned products can only be carried out from the address that you had indicated in the beginning for their shipment, which you have indicated to us when placing your order and to which you agree that there is suitable access to the area for the receipt of the returned goods. If the carrier/courier considers that receiving the products from the location you indicate may cause damage to your property, he will inform you verbally and record this on the receipt form. You may instruct the associated transport company/courier to collect the products despite this instruction, however we will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused to your property or the goods as the collection of the products will be done with due care and attention . On receipt of the returned products (including all parts and accessories) from the carrier you will sign a receipt form to certify that delivery to the carrier has taken place. The receipt form will be given to you by the partner carrier/courier.

-Consumer obligation upon receipt

The customer is obliged upon receipt, to externally check the packaging for the absence of bumps or damage from transport and after carefully unsealing, holding the package, to internally check the products for any defects or damage. In case they exist is entitled to refuse receipt of the item from the cooperating distributor without signing. By signing the document to the distributor, it is confirmed that the products were received in perfect condition. In any case the customer should contact via email or telephone with our company to report the existence of a problem on the same day or the day after receiving them, to keep any photos and not to have used/installed the product.
